Getting Started: First Steps

  2. Give me a call: 763-458-6896. I’ll answer your questions (some common ones answered here) and have a few questions of my own for you. If we both feel there’s a good fit, then we’ll
  3. Schedule our first meeting. Next, you
  4. Fill out the intake paperwork and make sure you know how to get to my office. Finally,
  5. Show up and we’ll get some forward movement going towards the life you want!

Scheduling

By realizing you want change, you’ve already taken a step toward making it happen.

I offer a complimentary phone consultation to answer your questions and give you some ideas of how I can help you. Your having a sense of connection and that I “get it” is a significant predictor of your comfort level and success in achieving your goals. A friendly conversation is a good way to find out if I’m a good fit for what you’re looking for.

I meet with clients Monday through Friday, and offer both daytime and evening appointments in my cozy office:

Client Forms

Once we talk and both agree to work together, we’ll schedule a time to meet. There’s some paperwork for you to fill out before our first meeting.

You can print these forms using the link below and fill them out before coming to my office. If you don’t have access to a printer, I have copies you can complete in my private waiting room. Arrive about 15 minutes early so it doesn’t cut into our appointment time.
